is being implemented in whole of Himachal Pradesh with an aim of bringing about an improvement
in the quality of life in the rural areas by ensuring
Sanitation coverage
to all, through a comprehensive strategy of making it a
Community led Sanitation Campaign.
The
State Rural Development Department through CCDU (Sanitation)
is engaged in
the
realizing the goal of Nirmal Himachal.For this the Department
has undertaken various innovative activities which not only
ensure that Sanitation Campaign in the State is run through PRIs,but also seeks to incentivize all the stakeholders so that
the result achieved under Sanitation Campaign are sustainable
and everlasting.
